Each Cerchio Cup is blown and finished by hand, individually by Jesse Yager. The bespoke "murrine" which make up the colored rings and dots are also produced by Jesse in his studio.

The hot process begins by adding the "murrine" to a gather of clear glass on the end of a blowpipe. After being blown and shaped at the bench, the unfinished piece is placed in an annealing oven. Slowly allowing the glass to cool overnight produces a glass which is sturdy enough for regular use, and dishwasher safe.

The cold process of finishing the top, involves polishing the lip using a series of wet sanding pads.
